This Memorandum of Understanding shall be presented by the Unions to represented extra-help employees to be covered hereby for ratification by said employees, and shall thereafter be presented to the Board of Supervisors as the joint recommendations of the undersigned commencing October 22, 2019 through January 22, 2022.
